How do I customize my decals?
Choose a design, select your size, color and font, then enter your company details. Review your selections before adding to cart.
Can I upload my own logo?
Custom Logo products accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS artwork.
Will I receive a design proof?
Products marked as requiring a proof include a review step before production. You can approve the proof or request changes using the emailed link.
Does plain vinyl have a background?
Yes. Plain printed vinyl has a background. Die-cut lettering has no printed background; the vehicle surface shows between the cut shapes.
What is the difference between Single and Pair?
Where offered, Single is one decal/sign and Pair is two matching decals/signs. Order quantity multiplies the selected unit or set. Review the current total before checkout.
How do I choose a size?
Measure the usable flat area on your vehicle and check handles, seams and existing graphics. Confirm whether the product dimension is the full design width or individual lettering. Contact us if you need help.
Can I use magnetic signs on any vehicle?
No. Magnetic signs require a suitable smooth magnetic metal surface. Test the intended panel and check that the entire sign can sit flat before ordering.
What if I entered the wrong number?
Contact us promptly with your order number. If proofing is included, review and correct the information before approval. Changes may not be possible after production begins.
Can I request rush production?
Contact us before ordering with your required date. Rush availability and timing must be confirmed for your order.
Can I reorder my previous design?
Signed-in customers can reorder from an eligible previous order. Current product options and prices apply. Review the copied details before checkout.
